The Flame Safe Protective Film features a multi-layer composite structure engineered with flame-retardant polypropylene core and ceramic microsphere reinforcement. Our proprietary formulation incorporates phosphorus-based intumescent compounds that activate at 180°C, creating a protective char barrier while maintaining optical clarity. The film utilizes silicone-free acrylic adhesive with embedded fire-resistant additives.

4. How to Use

  1. Surface Preparation: Clean with isopropyl alcohol and lint-free cloth
  2. Film Application: Use squeegee technique from center outward
  3. Edge Sealing: Optional fire-rated edge tape available for critical applications
  4. Activation: Fire-resistant properties are inherent, requiring no activation
  5. Removal: Standard peel-off method (180° angle recommended)
